Weaver's Bamboo
This popular variety (Bambusa textilis) is a tidy, elegant plant that reaches a maximum height of about 40 feet. Its straight, upright form makes it ideal for a privacy hedge. Its culms can also be stripped and used for weaving. Its versatility, matched with its neat-looking appearance, makes it one of the most sought-after varieties of clumping bamboo. We also offer a slightly smaller version, Slender Weaver’s Bamboo. This variety currently only comes in 7-gallon pots.
