This beautiful ornamental bamboo (Nastus elatus) reaches up to 40 feet tall and has a distinct look with fine, soft-leafed foliage. Young shoots are edible, either raw or cooked, and delicious. Culms can be used to make musical instruments, containers or building materials. A truly special plant originating from New Guinea, it requires protection from the wind. This plant is only available in a 4-gallon pot size.
